- A fixed rate on a 12-month or 24-month plan
- Matched on the same term as the competing offer
- The offer must be for the same month you ask us to match it

What doesn't qualify
- Variable or monthly rates
- Terms other than 12 or 24 months
- Expired or future-dated offers
- Offers from companies that aren't certified Georgia natural gas marketers

- No. We review each offer to confirm it qualifies before we match it.
- Can I use this if I'm switching to True Natural Gas?
- Yes. Price matching is open to new customers switching to True, and to current customers at renewal.
- Which plans can be matched?
- 12-month and 24-month fixed-rate plans only, matched on the same term as the offer you bring us.
- What do I need to have ready?
- The name of the marketer, the rate per therm, the plan term, and the date of the offer.
- Why does the offer have to be for the same month?
- Natural gas rates change month to month. Matching an offer from the same month keeps the comparison fair.
Price matching applies to qualifying current fixed-rate offers from Georgia-certified natural gas marketers on 12- and 24-month terms, matched on the same term for the same offer month. All requests are subject to review. True Natural Gas may decline offers that do not meet these terms.
